Outdoor Psychotherapy Sessions

  

For interested clients, I offer the option of meeting outdoors, when weather permits and we both agree it seems appropriate, given your emotional state and the material we are working on.

Walk-and-talk sessions are a great option for you if you are a person who needs to move to think, or for anyone who simply knows they feel much better moving outdoors than sitting indoors.
