If you're usually the one others turn to for support, it might be time for you to find your own person to talk with.  Contact me to begin the conversation.

It's okay if you have a sense that things need to change, but aren't sure where to start.  I have a knack for listening deeply and helping my clients move forward, sometimes in unexpected ways.  When sessions end, I often hear, "Time's up?  When I came in today, I wasn't sure I had anything to work on!"

How I Work

I work exclusively with individual adults, to alleviate their anxiety, relationship difficulties and burnout.

I use an integrative approach that considers the influence of past experiences on your current life and relationships.  I also see the interaction between your body, mind and spirit as an important source of information and pathway to change.

I offer two particular specialties:  OUTDOOR SESSIONS, and HELP FOR HELPERS.

The Process

You'll set the pace and our agenda, with help from me as needed.  Your priorities might be to overcome fears, set firmer boundaries, improve relationships, or take better care of yourself.

Often, clients find that they've set aside some important values and parts of themselves to make their lives run more smoothly.  We'll collaborate to shore up your strengths and create the life you want.

The Outcome

We'll know treatment is working when you begin to feel calmer and lighter.  Next, we'll notice that you are moving forward with greater clarity and ease.  Ultimately, you'll come to recognize yourself as the author of your own life.

You'll see that your choices and actions do matter—greatly!—and that small shifts can add up to big changes, including:

  • experiencing greater happiness and fulfillment, with less stress!

  • building deep and genuine connections with others, that involve both giving and receiving, and

  • doing more of what sustains you and brings you joy.
